As evening approaches, share stories over expertly crafted cocktails prepared with specialty mezcals, tequilas and sotols, along with flavors inspired by the region. Whether the sun is just starting to illuminate the sea or starting its descent, gatherings at Alma provide a serene setting for contemplating the raw beauty that surrounds you.

Alma proudly sources its beans from Exploradores de Café, a specialty coffee purveyor and roaster with partnerships in place with some of the finest coffee farms in the country, including Finca Santa Cruz in Chiapas, which claimed the top spot in the Mexico Cup of Excellence (2022). Savor specialty creations like the Almond Dalgona, adorned with velvety hand-beaten coffee foam, or the Pistachio Affogato, flavored with a cardamom-date tincture made in-house with the abundant dates grown throughout Baja California. Pairing with our exceptional coffees is Alma selection of plant-based milks, all prepared fresh in our kitchen. Choose from creamy oat, nutty almond, rich maple-pecan, or our signature Alma milk, a unique blend of nuts, pumpkin seeds and dates.
