An authentic and memorable farm-to-table journey
Dine at Domaine des Etangs
Dine at the Domaine
The freshest seasonal produce is handpicked daily in the estate’s spiral-shaped organic garden, then prepared to perfection in the château’s kitchens. Dyades is the estate’s main restaurant, which opens onto a terrace with picture-postcard views, but meals can be relished wherever you choose. Savor a picnic in a peaceful glade, a barbeque in your garden, a celebration in Monade, the château’s private dining room. Or, dine in your Farmhouse Cottage with the Domain’s bistro-style room-service menu.
The Potager
Our alluring 21,527 sq. ft. vegetable garden is a cornucopia of color, fragrance, and flavor. If you’ve got a green thumb, join the Domaine gardener on a guided tour through this spiral-shaped wonderland, where they’ll introduce you to the ins and outs of a working kitchen garden. Its bounty—herbs, edible flowers, root vegetables, leafy greens, stem vegetables, and fruit—supplies Dyades, so the plants you admire in the afternoon can be enjoyed on your plate in the evening. Because of our farm-to-table ethos, we adhere strictly to all-organic produce and practices. Learn more about these, and the principles of permaculture, on this in-depth tour. And end the afternoon with a blind tasting of some of our favorite hand-raised aromatic plants.
The Château dining room can be reserved for private dinners, large or small. Our chef can cook a meal to be delivered and tasted in your Farmhouse Cottage, or we will supply the ingredients and let you take the toque in your equipped kitchen.
our 2,500 acres of meadows, lawns, and woodland are always open for a fresco dining. We are delighted to prepare everything you need for picnics, barbecues, and every kind of outdoor meal, complete with wines selected for the setting and season.
