Dyades is the estate’s main restaurant, which opens onto a terrace with picture-postcard views, but meals can be relished wherever you choose. Savor a picnic in a peaceful glade, a barbeque in your garden, a celebration in Monade, the château’s private dining room. Or, dine in your Farmhouse Cottage with the Domain’s bistro-style room-service menu.

Dyades at Domaine des Etangs

A dyad is a meeting of two complementary principles and elements. Our kitchen strives to achieve that ideal each day, reaching a beautiful and delicious harmony. Our ingredients don’t travel far—they’re sourced directly from the estate’s organic garden and local producers. (The estate’s commitment to sustainability and permaculture has been recognized with two Ecotable awards.) Our menu changes with the seasons, making use of long-standing regional cooking traditions so that each dish reflects the landscape and the people that make the Limousin region so exceptional.
  • Indulge in the culinary enchantments of France at Dyades, where traditional French cuisine is infused with a touch of rural charm. Inspired by the seasons and ingredients from our organic Potager, the menu by Chef Matthieu Pasgrimaud changes regularly.

  • A 35€ 3-course Market lunch is available Monday – Saturday at Dyades and evolves weekly

  • Reservations are required: dde.restaurant@aubergeresorts.com or book online

  • Dyades welcomes outside guests for lunch and dinner Wednesday – Saturday.

  • In the warm months, the Dyades Terrace welcomes guests to dine outdoors on the lawns of the château.
