Our modern fitness center features the latest equipment, including Peloton® Bikes Woodway Curve treadmills and Wattbikes, set behind floor-to-ceiling windows for taking in Baja’s naturally inspiring surroundings, to Tidalwave Water Exercise Bikes for an exhilarating—and more intense—take on spinning.

From Yoga to Beach Bootcamp, there’s something for everyone. Choose from our array of class options or have your dedicated instructor craft a personalized regimen that combines the most effective flow, stretch and strengthening routines to achieve them.

Our team of expert instructors will lead you through a military-style fitness class that combines plyometrics, high-intensity interval training, core works, stretches and more for total body transformation.
Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness Class

Boost your metabolism and gain strength with our dynamic Functional Fitness class. Our Functional Fitness class works for multiple muscle groups with TRX elastic bands, Russian balls, medicine balls and more to increase metabolism and aerobic and anaerobic capabilities

Sunset Yoga

Restore and gain inner balance, flexibility and strength. Our yoga classes make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers to align, strengthen and promote flexibility.

Pilates Class

Restore and gain inner balance, increase flexibility and strengthen your core. Our pilates classes focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes or what is known in Pilates as the ‘powerhouse.'

Spinning Classes

Swap the dark room spin sessions for our Cabo version. Our spinning classes are led by expert instructors from ModuVated and use state-of-the-art Wattbikes, a favorite training tool for elite athletes like two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Joanna Rowsell-Shand and six-time Ironman Champion Lucy Gossage.
