We encourage all guests to get active however long they stay and make it easy by offering 22 fitness classes each week, all developed by international fitness guru Modu Seye of ModuVated. If you want to push your physical limits, consider Beach Bootcamp or reformer Pilates. If you want to channel your inner dancer, we have Ballet Barre and Latin Rhythm workouts. And if you want to spend every minute possible in our multi-tiered pool, there’s Stand Up Paddle Yoga and Water Spinning. We can also work with you to craft a personalized fitness regimen, whatever your experience level and ability. It’s all part of our holistic approach to total wellness.
