November through June

Day 1 | Thursday

Mid-Day Arrival

After settling into your accommodation, jump in your swimwear and head to TnT, our Tacos and Tequila shack by the pool. Nothing says welcome to Mexico, than a fresh guac and tacos. Our favorites are the camarón, served diabla or tempura with cilantro, jicama coleslaw, aioli and chipotle mayonnaise.

Enjoy a fresh guacamole poolside, and don't forget to pair it with a TnT Margarita - you are in Mexico after all.

Why leave a pool if you don’t have to? We got you covered with an adult-only floating bar, which provides you with beverage refreshments without you having to leave your sunspot. When the bell rings, look out for our floating bartenders coming right at you with a complimentary cocktail! Daily at 4pm.

Evening

Head down to the San Jose del Cabo Art Walk. This is a popular weekly event held every Thursday evening from 5pm to 9pm between the months of November and June. Enjoy an evening stroll through the Gallery District, visiting the art galleries, sipping wine and dining in our neighborhood restaurants.

Dine at La Lupita Tacos & Mezcal for delicious food, live music and an eclectic vibe. (Concierge reservations are recommended). Make sure to order the “Costra”, an al pastor taco in a shell made of crispy melted cheese instead of a regular tortilla.

Stay for cocktails at the Dalton Gin Bar overlooking the main square and church. This rooftop bar specializes in crafting cocktails with gin, however you will find creative mixology with upbeat music.

Day 2 | Friday

Morning

Try traditional Mexican pan dulce (“sweet bread”) at El Molino Coffee Shop. Our favorite are the conchas, a soft and sweet Mexican bread with a white topping that resembles the surface of a seashell. Concha means “shell” in Spanish. The classic color of the topping is white, but it can also be pink, yellow, or brown (which is chocolate flavored). Ask your barista for a dripped cold coffee for a morning pick-up.

Attend a cooking class at Flora Farms. Options available vary from roasted vegetable tacos to seasonal tamales and regional salsas. The interactive class includes a farm tour, craft cocktail and lunch.

Afternoon

Take a stroll around the shops to purchase organic goodies.

Head to our Ecological Driving Range before dinner. COMAL lawn has a new ecological driving range using biodegradable golf balls with fish food in its core. This water soluble and 100% eco-friendly golf balls are ideal to practice your swing near to the water.

Evening

Dine at our signature restaurant, COMAL, for a Latin American influenced dinner. Named after a type of cast-iron cooking pan in use for centuries in Mexico, and often passed down through generations in the same family, COMAL is rooted in the authentic and traditional, but injected with its own modern, inventive spirit. Try Pulpo Kastakan and Totoba, a sustainable catch.

Lay back and enjoy a glass of your favorite bubbly on the cousy sofa arount our oceanfront firepit while the skyline gets painted with sunset colors.

Visit our Dalia Boutique for the latest Cabo styles and even stock up on golf accessories.

Day 3 | Saturday

Morning

Indulge with an early morning breakfast in the comfort of your room. We suggest the buttermilk pancakes with lavender butter or eggs Motuleños with handmade tortilla, refried beans, Black Forest ham, red salsa and fried plantains. You can request your server to set up the table on your terrace for the perfect outdoor start to your day.

Time to play Golf! Head to the Motor Lobby. We run a complimentary shuttle to the Chileno Bay Golf Course. The hours of operation are from 7am to 4pm. Hours may be limited in the summer season for course maintenance.

Replenish and recharge in their signature comfort stations, equipped with snack shack and an outdoor grill to satisfy any cravings.

Afternoon

Head back to Chileno Bay Resort and finish the perfect afternoon lounging by the pool. Enjoy lunch from the Pool Grill specials, such as the crab sliders with coleslaw and pickles.

Look out for our sandal makers to get your custom-made sandals by the pool. Skilled makers will build sandals around the contours of your foot. You select the materials to create the sandal, then literally walk away wearing a 'one-of-a-kind’ pair.

Reserve a "Hole in One" golfer's massage. This is a deep massage using essential oils and golf balls, focusing on the arms and shoulders. Take home the Chileno Bay Golf Balls used in your treatment and use them when you next tee off at Chileno Bay Golf Course.

Evening

Head to the Marina for a sunset sail through Cabo Bay. Lie back on the soft deck cushions as you set sail by some of Cabo’s most gorgeous spots - including the distinctive Arch and Lover’s Beach, made all the more spectacular under the rich, maroon glow of a Cabo sunset. Private tours are also available. Walk around the Marina area afterward.

Return to the resort and meet our award-winning bar team at COMAL Restaurant for great cocktails. Pair them with fresh seafood from our raw bar. Ask your server for a raw bar sampler, with Kumamoto, Kumiai, Giga. When in season you may also find Chocolata clams, a seafood delicacy that is hard to find anywhere else in the world. All delights are prepared with creative condiments to enhance their flavor.

Order a nightcap, our signature drink, the Humo de Comal. The secret ingredient is Purple Chicha, a Peruvian drink traditionally made by boiling purple corn in water along with pineapple peels, quince, cinnamon and cloves. Mixed with Mexican mezcal and served in a smoke-infused glass, the Humo de Comal is best paired with the ocean views from a seat at COMAL.

Day 4 | Sunday
