6pm-7pm | Horse Thief Happy Hour: Join us before the Women in Food & Farming Dinner for Blue Sky’s signature “Horse Thief” cocktails which feature mescal and High West Campfire whiskey which is lovingly made in small batches on our very own property. All proceeds from the sale of these cocktails go to the Saving Gracie’s Equine Healing Foundation.

Our al fresco dining experience with some of our favorite visiting experts will herald the next chapter of exceptional female artistry. Guest Chef Rhoda Magbitang of Mattei’s Tavern curates a 6-course tasting menu featuring organic ingredients harvested from Blue Sky’s very own female-led regenerative farm. Wines are provided by women-owned and operated Phifer Pavitt Winery.

About Corey Cogdell-Unrein
Corey Cogdell is many things but most notably she is driven. She holds many of the highest accolades in her sport of International Trapshooting, including becoming the first American woman to ever win an Olympic Medal in her sport.
Born in Alaska Corey began shooting and hunting with her father when she was a young girl. She discovered her love of shotgun shooting and honed her trapshooting skills through a local 4-H Club shooting program. From there, she went on to train for Olympic-style trapshooting and, after two short years, became the only member of the 2008 United States Olympic women’s trapshooting team. In Beijing, China, on Aug. 11, 2008, Corey, called on a lifetime of shooting experience to win Team USA’s first shooting medal of the Olympics, the bronze in Women’s Trap. Corey Has since competed in three total Olympics winning two bronze medals and becoming one of the most decorated female shooters in US History.
When not competing for the USA Shooting Team, Corey enjoys hunting, gardening, and being an active outdoors woman. Corey enjoys working with various youth and women’s hunting and shooting organizations to introduce new people to the outdoor sports as well.
