April 5th | Maine Oyster Tasting: Taste of the Tide

Celebrate the best of coastal Maine culture with an immersive tasting of oysters from Maine’s finest oyster farms. Learn how to select, shuck and taste Maine’s favorite bivalves from our Executive Chef Mary Dumont. Try three different oyster varieties with accompanying sauces and finish with indulging in various oyster preparations, from fresh to grilled to baked.

April 12th | Into the Cellar: Wine Tasting

Enjoy an intimate wine tasting experience with our expert beverage team. You’ll taste 6 different wines, along with some paired snacks, from around the world.

April 19th | The Art of Chocolate

Take a deep dive into chocolate with our Pastry Chef Alan. Try a variety of fine chocolates crafted by him, learning the different notes of flavors all based on the stages of the chocolate making process, from white chocolate to dark chocolate. Each chocolate will be paired with different drinks - from a whiskey to wine - by our sommelier that complements each and brings out the hidden notes.

April 26th | Barn Cocktail Class

Learn the recipes, skills and secrets to making cocktails with flair. Learn about essential items for a well-equipped bar from our head bartender, Hugo, from his favorite tools of the trade and how to use them like a pro, to the staple ingredients that should be on hand for any occasion. Master the art of balancing flavors and discover the history behind some of the world’s favorite cocktails as you learn to create our favorites on the coast.
