A Pasta Masterclass
Experience the art of pasta making with our culinary team at White Barn. Our chefs will demonstrate the dough-making process, where you'll learn to knead and roll the dough. Then, using cutters and molds, form your pasta into shapes like cappelletti, ravioli, tortellini and more. After incorporating freshly made, seasonal fillings, you'll stuff your pasta and prepare it for cooking. Your creations will then be taken to the kitchen, where they’ll be transformed into an indulgent lunch. Savor the fruits of your labor amongst our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond Dining restaurant. You'll leave with newfound pasta-making skills and a card featuring our expert culinary team's personal favorite pasta recipes to recreate at home.
