Weekly Movement
Fieldhouse is the center’s movement studio and peak performance fitness club, offering state-of-the-art technology and amenities. Guests can choose from a variety of daily movement classes, and they have the option to undergo a fitness assessment and receive functional training and performance coaching from world-class practitioners.
Resort guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary movement classes, offered daily.
Advance sign-up is required for resort and non-resort guests. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Monday
9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Pilates HIIT
A mix of pilates, barre, and yoga, Pilates HIIT incorporates dynamic movements that tone the entire body. Using weights, resistance bands, tempo changes, and holds, it helps you find your burnout zone. This class is high intensity with modifications available for all fitness levels and abilities.
10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Stress Release & Mobility
Reduce muscle tightness and improve flexibility by focusing on mobility exercises.
12:00 p.m. Fieldhouse Fire & Ice Yoga
A blend of athletic, fast paced yoga balanced with deeply restful restorative poses.
Tuesday
9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga & Tea Ritual
Experience a rejuvenating morning of meditation, yoga and an energizing tea ritual.
10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Power
Unleash your power with athletic, fast paced Vinyasa-style yoga intended to build strength and endurance while linking breath to movement.
Wednesday
7:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Restore
Intended to deepen relaxation and reduce stress, each yoga pose is supported by props and held for longer periods of time to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a state of rest.

Flow through fluid yoga movements, finding strength in the body and clarity of the mind.

A guided meditation practice using techniques focused in attention, mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization.

10:30 a.m. Cardio Dance Fitness
Enjoy a full cardio workout with easy to follow high-energy dance moves and upbeat music.
