Weekly Movement

Fieldhouse is the center’s movement studio and peak performance fitness club, offering state-of-the-art technology and amenities. Guests can choose from a variety of daily movement classes, and they have the option to undergo a fitness assessment and receive functional training and performance coaching from world-class practitioners.

Resort guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary movement classes, offered daily.
Advance sign-up is required for resort and non-resort guests. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Monday

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Pilates HIIT

A mix of pilates, barre, and yoga, Pilates HIIT incorporates dynamic movements that tone the entire body. Using weights, resistance bands, tempo changes, and holds, it helps you find your burnout zone. This class is high intensity with modifications available for all fitness levels and abilities.

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Stress Release & Mobility

Reduce muscle tightness and improve flexibility by focusing on mobility exercises.

12:00 p.m. Fieldhouse Fire & Ice Yoga

A blend of athletic, fast paced yoga balanced with deeply restful restorative poses.

Experience a rejuvenating morning of meditation, yoga and an energizing tea ritual. 

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Power

Unleash your power with athletic, fast paced Vinyasa-style yoga intended to build strength and endurance while linking breath to movement.

3:15 p.m. New Year's Eve Flow & Let Go with Nicole Zanetell Hall

Flow into the new year with candlelit yoga, finding clarity of the mind to enter the new year feeling balanced. | Complimentary for resort guests, $50 for non-resort guests

A guided meditation practice using techniques focused in attention, mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization.

9:00 a.m. Fieldhouse Yoga Flow

Flow through fluid yoga movements, finding strength in the body and clarity of the mind.

9:00 a.m. Slow Flow Vinyasa with Leia Layus

Yoga teacher and integrated therapist Leia Layus joins Fieldhouse for a graceful yet strong practice that blends Eastern philosophy and self-inquiry. | $50 for guests and members

Crafted with vitamins and minerals that replenish the body's vital nutrients, nutrition injections can enhance energy levels in a single 10-minute appointment. | $75 for guests and members

9:00 a.m. Local Cycling Ride (First Saturday of the Month)

Join our complimentary two-hour ride led by a local guide through Napa's winding backroads. Moderate fitness required, intermediate road rides that average between 13-17mph.

10:30 a.m. Fieldhouse Restore

Intended to deepen relaxation and reduce stress, each yoga pose is supported by props, such as blankets and bolsters, and held for longer periods of time than a conventional yoga class to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a state of rest and digest.

12:30 p.m. Fieldhouse Sound Bath

Reset and restore with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. Sound baths are deeply relaxing, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep. | $50 for guests and members
