Helmed by husband and wife team Chefs David Castro Hussong and Maribel Aldaco Silva – and named Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef in 2023 by The World’s 50 Best – Fauna is known for its farm-to-table philosophy and unique ever-changing menus that combine the best of Baja California with modern cuisine. Wine pairings will be brought to life by Wero Cham, founder of Vinos Boutique, highlighting unique Mexican vintners that will compliment each bite.
