Wednesday
Master the vibrant flavors of Baja cuisine. Learn to prepare classic dishes like Baja-style ceviche and “ajillo” shrimp, complemented by tangy ponzu and spicy habanero mignonette.
THURSDAY
Different recipes every week including cold starters, two proteins and two side dishes
FRIDAY
Elevate your salsa game and master beloved salsas and Mexican staples like salsa tormenta, guacachile and more, paired with crispy totopos and tlayudas.
