Perfectly placed to bring you and yours face-to-face with nature in all her glory. This summer, experience the pristine natural phenomena on our doorstep, and new adventures in nature in an utterly unique way.
Venture west and spend time learning the ropes from a culinary cowgirl. Local cattle rancher, horsewoman, entrepreneur and seasoned chef Abby Knowles will lead you through a hands-on experience that highlights the importance of land management and local farmers and ranchers. Hosted by the XIT Horse Division, learn to cook your meal over an open fire with XIT beef along with locally sourced produce and sit down to enjoy around the campfire.
