We encourage all guests to get active during their stay, and our goal is to make it easy by offering various complimentary fitness classes each week that draw on different disciplines and techniques, and make the most of our spectacular seaside setting. In the summer, start your day on our rooftop deck breathing in the energy of beautiful Narragansett Bay with vinyasa and integrated yoga flow classes to balance breath, body and mind, and a fully body barre workout designed to lengthen and tone. Our new Hydro Fitness Class, available year-round in our heated indoor swimming pool, is a gentle way to get your body moving and can help to prevent or heal injury.

New Hydro Fitness Class

Join us in The Vanderbilt’s heated indoor swimming pool every Thursday at 9am for an exhilarating new Hydro Fitness Class with Meghan Rinaldi-Young, Fitness Trainer and Health Counselor extraordinaire. Open to all ages and abilities, this gentle exercise is a great way to get your body moving in the morning and can help to prevent or heal injury.
