Our Hidden Bar in the Parlour has been imagined as Lady Elsie Vanderbilt’s secret entertaining closet, in which she kept her treasured brass objects, menagerie and her favorite vice: absinthe. When you book the Hidden Bar, you’ll be presented with an exclusive invitation and skeleton key to access this incredible closet, in which you'll discover our menu. Move into our handsome Mezzanine as our mansion butler shares the history behind this storied spirit, and walks you through our favorite absinthe bottles for a pour in our custom made fountain. Try the spirit in a different application - in one of our specialty cocktails - while pairing with a curated menu of snack pairings. Linger in the Parlour with a loved one or friends for this singular experience.
