Weekly Movement at Mattei's
Experience a variety of movement classes - both high intensity and low - in our movement studio and outdoors on the Hartley Lawn.
Resort guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary movement classes, offered daily.
Advance sign-up is required for resort and non-resort guests. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class start time.
Monday
9:00 a.m. Gratitude Flow | Wellness Studio
Research shows that gratitude is consistent with increased happiness, better health, ability to cope with challenges, and experiencing more positive emotions. Flow with intention and end your practice with a guided meditation.
Tuesday
9:00 a.m. Healing Vin/Yin | Wellness Studio
Active yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body. The yin half of class, offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held from 2-7 minutes on each side to switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.
10:00 a.m. Total Body Barre | Wellness Studio
This low-impact, full body workout focuses on toning and lengthening. A restorative experience, Total Body Barre is designed to build strength, flexibility, mobility and balance as you move to an uplifting playlist. | $35 per person
