  • For morning movement classes please meet in our M Studio near valet parking 5-7 minutes prior to class. Meet your instructor, and get comfortable in your workout area before class begins at 9:30am.

Weekly Class Schedule | Classes Daily from 9:30-10:15 AM

Mondays | Basecamp Barre

A full-body Barre & Beyond routine combines elements of barre, cardio, resistance workouts, and pilates mat. Activities are high intensity, yet low impact. Barre incorporates fun and motivating music, and emphasizes toning the lower body and strengthening the core.

Tuesdays | Mountain Flow Yoga

Our Mountain Flow Yoga is a way of being, moving and healing that allows people to connect with how their body and their movement feels. You are encouraged to move in ways that feel good on your body and handle the challenges with ease. The mountain flow of yoga helps you focus on using your breath to fuel the movement and encourages exploration to find what works for you.

Wednesdays | Peak Performance

Work from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes on full body strengthen and lengthen moves, using body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This full body workout will leave you feeling strong and sweaty, yet still ready for a day of outdoor adventures on the mountain.

Thursdays | Radiate and Flow

Begin with a creative vinyasa flow and wind down with deep stretching and meditation. Expect to go deep in your physical practice as well as your inner experience to truly have your aura to shine.

Thursdays | NEW Afternoon Après Stretch and Recover

After a day in the mountains, a recovery regimen allows you to enjoy the rest of your time in Telluride. Follow the stretch flow and recovery routines of our trainer, Heather. Enjoy a glass of electrolytes or sport tea to replenish and rejuvenate your body to be ready for another day of skiing | 5:30-6:15pm

Fridays | Core & Restore Mat Class

Core & Restore Mat is a pilates-inspired mat class that puts focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina through active movements. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. No previous pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class.

Saturdays | Summit Stretch

Bring the mountain energy into your meditative movements as you find your breath and body awareness through active stretching while using tools such as straps, yoga blocks, or foam rollers. Find yourself mentally and physically ready for a day of outdoor activity on the mountain.

Sundays | Mountain Spirit Breathwork

The Breath of Wellness class will begin with a flow of mountain-movement and wind down with deep stretching and meditation. Expect to go deep in your physical practice as well as your inner experience. All levels are welcome.

Private Mountain Movement Sessions

Book either a 60-minute or 90-minute private wellness class with one of our highly regarded instructors. Contact our Fitness Coordinator Heather Blakeman below for more information or to book a session.

The following are available for private sessions:
  • Mountain Meditation & Movement | Enjoy a session of meditative movements as you find your breath and body awareness through active stretching and restorative breaths. Ground yourself mentally and physically to your natural self.

  • Breath of Wellness Yoga Session | Begin with deep breathing and transition through yoga-based movements before winding down with deep stretching and meditation. Your instructor will push you deeper into your wellbeing practice.

  • Pilates Mat | Take your body on a soulful journey on the mat as your private pilates instructor guides you through full body alignment, movements, and core activation.

  • Pilates Classic | Using the classic reformers and pilates equipment, we will guide you through finding your strength in your core and pushing your alignment from your toes to your head.

  • Soulful Sequence of Private Yoga | Enjoy an individualized yoga sequence tailored to your needs and what your body is calling for during your stay. Choose from Prana, Vinyasa, Sculpt, Athletic, or whatever practice you are most interested in.
