Day 1

Morning

Taste the sweet life with blueberry pancakes and hot chocolate at Prospect before your morning adventure.

Walk to the base of the mountain and ride up the Silver Queen to the sun deck. Buy a sightseeing ticket so your gondola rides will be included during your getaway. Wear layers and a hat; the top of the pass is at 13,000 ft.

Afternoon

Eat up the stunning views and made-to-order stir-fry dishes from the wok station on the sundeck. Don't forget your camera.

Ride the gondola back down the mountain and arrive at Hotel Jerome after a 10-minute walk.

Stop at the Pitkin County Library - just a two minute walk from the hotel. Besides books, the library offers toys, a variety of games and sporting equipment that can be borrowed.

Grab a frisbee to throw around in Rio Grande Park. This park is a treat for kids and furry family members.

Evening

Make your own pizza at Brunelleschi's, while sipping on a local Colorado root beer.

Craft s'mores with homemade marshmallows in the outside fire place in the courtyard.

Day 2

Morning

Rise early for a fresh smoothie and a breakfast burrito at Prospect.

Layer up and rise into the clouds on a hot air balloon ride.

Afternoon

Set out on the Hunter Creek Trail, which begins on the Rio Grande right behind the hotel.

Eat lunch at J-Bar with their famous J-Burgers and shakes. Parents get the "Aspen crud" to add a little boost to the shake.

Swim and splash around the hotel pool.

Evening

Order the "Smuggler Basket," from our new summer picnic menu and eat as you enjoy music in the lawn at Benedict Music Tent. Ask the concierge for one of our large blankets to set up your picnic like an Aspen local.

Indulge in ice cream from Paradise Bakery as you watch the sunset on downtown Aspen.

Day 3

Morning

Grab a ham bagel to go from the hotel as you set off on your early morning adventure.

Pack sunscreen, a hat and a shirt with SPF for a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) adventure on the river.

Drive to Snowmass

Try the Alpine Coaster before lunch.

Afternoon

Make your own sandwich at Elk Camp.

Return to the hotel to freshen up before dinner.

Evening

Sit outside at the fountains at CP Burger. Try the CP dog. The fountains in front of the Opera Wheeler House were built by the same person as Hotel Jerome.

Watch a movie in you room or in the game room. Call down for some popcorn to compliment your movie night.
