The Teddy Bear Story Hour
Be transported to a world of cuddles and coziness. The Teddy Bear Story Hour, a beloved annual tradition put on by the Aspen Historical Society, moves to Santa’s workshop in Hotel Jerome’s Garden this year. For four magical afternoons, Hotel Jerome’s youngest guests are invited to a story hour unlike any other. Settle back on your own special blanket, cuddle up with your favorite teddy bear (or other stuffed animal) and let your imagination soar. Holiday tales from around the world will be presented by Spellbinders, a Colorado-based non-profit corporation with volunteer storytelling chapters around the country. Call the Concierge to reserve a blanket for your family.

Letters to Santa at Hotel Jerome
Kids can write their letters to Santa at Hotel Jerome - we have a station set up in the lobby with paper, supplies, and our magical red mailbox to ensure that each message gets delivered to the North Pole in time for Christmas.
This holiday season we will transform our Garden Lobby into Santa’s Workshop which will be the epicenter of our kids’ festive activities and programming. Throughout the holidays, there will be a variety of festive activities for kids to enjoy après ski while parents indulge in a cocktail in the Living Room. Make sure to reserve your child's chance to sit down with Santa himself and bring their holiday dreams to life.
Give your children the gift of being creative, learning through art, and having fun with friends this festive season. We’re partnering with The Red Brick Center for the Arts, a community arts center and gallery in Aspen, to bring children’s art experiences that celebrate the holiday season at the Hotel Jerome. In each session, kids will explore an artistic theme through different mediums such as collage, painting, sculpture, and more to create holiday-inspired art with Arts Educator Natalie Squillante.
Story Time with Jill Sheeley
Join local author Jill Sheeley and her the iconic character Fraser during an apres ski story time in Santa’s workshop, where kids will be transported to a world of magic and adventure.

Giving Back
Auberge Resorts Collection is partnering with nonprofit organization Baby2Baby to provide children living in poverty with gifts, diapers, clothing and other necessities this holiday season. With a goal to ignite the spirit of giving this holiday season, we will be donating 15% of this signature festive experience to Baby2Baby.
