Deep sea fishing excursions are popular in Los Cabos, and Esperanza’s culinary team can prepare the finishing touches on your sea-to-table journey. After a day on the water, return back to the resort to have Chef utilize his favorite full-fish techniques and traditional hot and cold preparations. Conscious fishing is essential to our team's cooking style, and each member is passionate about educating guests on sustainable practices and the local community. The culinary team will prepare your local catch to the style of your choosing.
