About Chef Tim Hollingsworth
Chef Timothy Hollingsworth is an award-winning chef based in Los Angeles. After starting his career as a dishwasher, he joined The French Laundry in 2001 and contributed to the opening of Per Se in 2004. He returned to The French Laundry as sous chef in 2005 and became chef de cuisine in 2009. Timothy has staged with top European chefs, including Gordon Ramsay.
His accolades include the 2009 Bocuse d’Or “Best Young Chef” for Team USA, the 2010 James Beard Rising Chef of the Year, and the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle Rising Star Chef award. He won Netflix’s The Final Table in 2018. Timothy also co-founded Chain with actor B.J. Novak and has appeared as a judge on PBS’s The Great American Recipe.
