Grow with us at Auberge Resorts Collection. Our unique Management Development Program invites aspiring hospitality leaders to discover their unique passion and find their place within our family of hotels and resorts.
Management Development Program (MDP)
The MDP is a 12-month paid training and development program consisting of 80% work experience and 20% professional development. Auberge Resorts currently offers several dedicated paths, with focus areas in: Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms. Candidates will be asked during the recruitment phase to select their path of focus as well as their preferred property location.
Phase One (Months 1–3)
- Line-level work rotations
- Focus on mastering service and department knowledge
Phase Two (Months 4–12)
- Promotion to a supervisor role
- Focus on management essentials
- Leadership and soft skills development
- Spend time in each discipline (accounting & finance, culinary, engineering, talent & culture, revenue management)
Graduation (Month 12)
- Leadership competency assessment
- Management role placement (based on availability/willingness to relocate)
