According to Sommelier, Elizabeth Cahill, access to a deep range of global wines makes for intriguing table-side conversations with patrons at the fine-dining Michelin Star Restaurant. "So many of our guests are extremely knowledgeable about wine and they are able to share in great detail their style and varietal preferences. This dialogue is quite helpful in customizing successful wine pairings with each course of their meal. And if they are adventurous we offer side-by-side tastings of a familiar Napa Valley wine with something from another part of the world they may never have heard of before. It’s rewarding to introduce our guests to new wines that instantly become an unexpected favorite."
