A Pasta Masterclass
Experience the art of pasta making with our Executive Chef Mary Dumont at White Barn. Chef Mary will demonstrate the dough-making process, where you'll learn to knead and roll the dough. Then, using cutters and molds, form your pasta into shapes like cappelletti, ravioli, tortellini and more. After incorporating freshly made, seasonal fillings prepared by Chef Mary, you'll stuff your pasta and prepare it for cooking. Your creations will then be taken to the kitchen, where they’ll be transformed into an indulgent lunch. Savor the fruits of your labor amongst our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond Dining restaurant. You'll leave with newfound pasta-making skills and a card featuring Chef Mary's personal favorite pasta recipes to recreate at home.
