Auberge Resorts Appoints Randolph Weisz Executive Advisor To Senior Management Team
MILL VALLEY, CALIF. (April 1, 2014) – Auberge Resorts, the leading portfolio of boutique luxury hotels and residences worldwide, announced today that Randolph Weisz, a former Executive Vice President at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, will join the company as Executive Advisor to the Senior Management Team. Weisz will be an integral force in the global expansion of Auberge Resorts. Throughout his association with Four Seasons, Weisz was involved in the structuring and implementing of transactions involving more than 50 hotels and resorts, including a significant number with residential properties. He was also involved in all of the corporate transactions critical to the emergence of Four Seasons as a globally recognized hospitality brand.

In his role at Four Seasons as Executive Vice President of Business Administration and General Counsel, Weisz was responsible for managing the worldwide business and legal affairs of the company relating to property investments and other corporate investments and initiatives. “Randy worked closely with Four Seasons hotel owners, developers and investors to fashion win/win partnerships to achieve their financial objectives, and that effort will be one of his key roles at Auberge Resorts,” said Craig Reid, CEO of Auberge Resorts.
During his tenure, Weisz was also a member of the Management Committee, comprised of the eight most senior executives at Four Seasons, responsible for running the business of Four Seasons worldwide.

Prior to joining Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Weisz was a Partner at the Goodmans LLP law firm, where he practiced corporate and commercial law with a special focus on financing and restructuring.
