Santoro restaurant is perched atop the striking cliffs of Santorini, overlooking the half-moon bay’s sapphire caldera and the ancient fortress of Skaros Rock. During a balmy evening, enter this candlelit oasis framed by an extensive infinity pool, where the menu is evocative of ancestral recipes made modern with techniques from contemporary Mediterranean cuisine by our Consultant Executive Chef, Jean-Charles Métayer and Head Chef, Giannis Koutsoperakis.
