Mid-Day Arrival
The experience begins with a signature spritzer of elderflower, largely inspired by the Austrian countryside. Once settled into your room, make way to the Lounge for a Bavarian beer tasting.
5PM | After Hours at Park City Museum
The experience begins as soon as the museum closes. Join us after hours for a tour of the historic Park City Museum, learning about the mining influence and engaging with all the fun artifacts.
4 PM | Craft Your Own Cocktail
Meet at the Bar for the ultimate après-ski to learn tips and trick from our master mixologists to customize your own High West whiskey cocktails with a variety of bitters, simple syrups, and herbs grown at our farm.
7PM | Dinner in Park City
Dine at one of our favorite restaurants on Main Street.
Day 2 | Wednesday
9AM | Fishing the Provo
Tucked behind the famous Hobbit House in Midway is private access to the Provo River. The River is abundant with brown and rainbow trout reaching record lengths in Provo. Catch, release, and settle into a picnic along the water prepared by Chef Nicolas.
4PM | Stretch to Sauna
Stretch the body and dry out after a day on the water. The experience begins in The Inner Room for a light flow, loosening up the body before making way to our sauna for sauna bathing: stretch and breathwork.
7PM | Dinner at The Hirsch Inn
Exceptional mountain fare with European Influences.
Day 3 | Thursday
8AM | Sun Bathing Meditations
Sunlight carries light frequency and crystalline light consciousness – and its healing effects are wildly beneficial. Gather as we "bathe" in the radiance of the sun.
11AM | Adventure the Land
Learn the tricks of a horse whisperer and naturally cue your horse like a pro. In this private lesson, you will receive the fundamentals of mounting and dismounting on a horseback while appreciating the calming and relaxing bond that horses provide.
4-6PM | Sky Pool Live
Gather in high altitude with views overlooking the mountain for live tunes.
7PM | In-Room at The Hirsch
Tuck away and indulge in our notable fondue from the comfort of your suite.
Day 4 | Friday
9AM | Alpine Yoga
Move through gentle sequences, finding mind-body (and mountain) connections.
11AM | Mountain Ride
Gear up and tour across our favorite trails on the nearby mountain.
8PM | Moonlit Tour of Main Street
Option of historic or district tour on the architecture, stories of the buildings and people who lived and worked in them.
Day 5 | Saturday
8AM | Breakfast at the Cafe
Enjoy a signature (caffeinated) beverage and our house-made chocolate croissant from the Antler Lounge.
9AM | Alpine Hike
Hike across the trails nearby and take in the beauty from a higher elevation as you adventure onto the chair lifts – ultimately making your way back to the Goldener Hirsch for our first-annual summer market.
1PM | The Goldener Market
Take in the scenic views from Park City Mountain chairlifts. Once you reach the top, hike any of the trails or stay seated for a scenic ride down - to our Goldener market! The open-air market will have light bites by Chef Nicolas, a unique menu of spirits, games and live music.
7PM | Dinner & a Show
Post-dinner at Goldener Hirsch, make way to a viewpoint to observe the starry skies.
