A dyad is a meeting of two complementary principles and elements. Our One-Michelin Star kitchen strives to achieve that ideal each day, reaching a beautiful and delicious harmony. Our ingredients don’t travel far—they’re sourced directly from the estate’s organic garden and local producers. Our menu changes with the seasons, making use of long-standing regional cooking traditions so that each dish reflects the landscape and the people that make the Limousin region so exceptional.

The Potager

Our alluring 21,527 sq. ft. vegetable garden is a cornucopia of color, fragrance, and flavor. If you’ve got a green thumb, join the Domaine gardener on a guided tour through this spiral-shaped wonderland, where they’ll introduce you to the ins and outs of a working kitchen garden. Its bounty—herbs, edible flowers, root vegetables, leafy greens, stem vegetables, and fruit—supplies Dyades, so the plants you admire in the afternoon can be enjoyed on your plate in the evening. Breakfast at The Château

Mornings start at your leisure in Monade, set within the heart of the Château. Enjoy the spoils of the French countryside with an impressive spread of housemade patisserie, eggs cooked to order from the show kitchen and the freshest selection of local cheese, charcuterie, farmers yogurt, fresh pressed juices, fruits and vegetables. On the last Sunday of every month, join us for a special Sunday Brunch at Dyades

Whether sat beside the ponds, enjoyed on a row boat or amongst the ruins in rolling fields, chefs picnics at the Domaine are the perfect way to explore the grounds with a gourmet lunch al fresco.

La Guinguette

Every Thursday June - September indulge in a quintessential French Guinguette night at the Potager. Inspired by traditional French BBQ and countryside entertainment activities such as Pétanque and music. La Guinguette du Potager provides guests with a perfect get-together in true "à la bonne franquette" style.

Sunday Brunch at Dyades

Nestled in an authentic setting full of history, this brunch is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the simple pleasures of gathering together at the table. Every last Sunday of the month, enjoy a variety of sweet and savoury dishes featuring the flavors of the Charente Limousine region.
