Dyades at Domaine des Etangs

A dyad is a meeting of two complementary principles and elements. Our kitchen strives to achieve that ideal each day, reaching a beautiful and delicious harmony. Our ingredients don’t travel far—they’re sourced directly from the estate’s organic garden and local producers. (The estate’s commitment to sustainability and permaculture has been recognized with two Ecotable awards.) Our menu changes with the seasons, making use of long-standing regional cooking traditions so that each dish reflects the landscape and the people that make the Limousin region so exceptional.
  • Indulge in the culinary enchantments of France at Dyades, where traditional French cuisine is infused with a touch of rural charm. Inspired by the seasons and ingredients from our organic Potager, the menu by Chef Matthieu Pasgrimaud changes regularly.

  • Dyades is awarded 3 Ecotables, highest rating of this label which rewards restaurants deeply committed to an eco-responsible approach, through the selection of fresh, local produce and and trusted producers.

    This menu evolves weekly depending on the resources offered by the nature of the estate: its vegetable garden, forests and ponds

The Château dining room can be reserved for private dinners, large or small. Our chef can cook a meal to be delivered and tasted in your Farmhouse Cottage, or we will supply the ingredients and let you take the toque in your equipped kitchen.
