Brand Photo Shoots

Commodore Perry Estate is a beautiful indoor/outdoor location for photo shoots. Brand photography requests must be reviewed and approved with at least four weeks' notice. Site fees start at $10,000 per shoot. Hotel rooms cannot be booked to be used as a shoot location for advertising or marketing campaigns. A member of our team must accompany the photographer in public spaces. Personal Photoshoot Inquiry

At Commodore Perry Estate, we prioritize the privacy and comfort of our guests and members. While we typically limit photography and videography on the estate, we’re delighted to accommodate personal photoshoots under the following guidelines:

A $2,500 photoshoot fee applies (please note this does not include room rates, outlet rentals or photographer fees)

A room reservation is required for all photoshoots

Photoshoots are available Monday through Wednesday and must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance

Your photographer must be pre-approved by our team to ensure a seamless experience
