Become swept away by Grace Hotel’s stunning caldera and sea views, best enjoyed from a chaise lounge by the hotel’s 23-metre infinity edge pool. Enjoy a poolside game of backgammon or dominos on an exclusive blue & white set from Themis Z, alongside refreshing cocktails or a glass of assyrtiko.
7 PM | Sip a Spicy Baba at 363 Bar
Savor unique and elevated cocktails (the Spicy Baba is a crowd favorite!) as you take in iconic sunset views over the caldera from 363 Bar, perched 363 metres above the Aegean Sea.
8 PM | Michelin-starred dining at Varoulko Santorini
Embark on a culinary journey through Greece at Varoulko, Grace Hotel’s fine dining destination. Enjoy multi-course meals paired with an extensive Greek wine list and unmatched views of the caldera. Themis’ must-orders are the fish soup and grilled shrimp.
Day 2
8:15 AM | Hike Skaros Rock with the General Manager
Start your day in Santorini with a hike on Skaros Rock, the iconic rock formation in front of the hotel that protrudes onto the azure Aegean Sea, accompanied by Grace Hotel’s General Manager.
11 AM | Go pottery hunting around the island
Discover the authentic and time-honored craftsmanship of ceramics and pottery around the island. Head to the Handcrafts workshop in Kamari, or Epilekton in Oia.
5 PM | Head to Oia’s famous Nomikos Street
Head to Oia’s famous Nomikos Street, full of shops, cafes, and bars with fantastic seaside views. Enjoy dinner at a classic Taverna overlooking the Aegean.
Day 3
9 AM | Indulge in a champagne breakfast
Enjoy a sumptuous start to your day, with an inspired, multi-course, champagne breakfast overlooking the glistening Aegean Sea. Select your menu the night before, and savor fresh fruits, housemade breads, and farm fresh dishes.
11 AM | Unwind with a spa treatment

2PM | Sip and savor Santorinian wines
