Dinner on the Ridge with Winemaker Jasmine Hirsch

  • In the evening, make your way to Maplehouse, Wildflower’s on-farm barn and demonstration kitchen, for a four-course tasting menu hosted by Jasmine Hirsch, cult winemaker and proprietor of Hirsch Vineyards. This rare invitation into the world of Hirsch wines will journey through seven of the famed vineyard’s cuvées and vintages, with their rich stories told by Jasmine herself.

About Hirsch Vineyards
