Auberge Resorts Collection Appoints Todd Cilano as Solage General Manager and Regional Vice President

NAPA VALLEY, CALIF. – Auberge Resorts Collection, a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts and residences, announced today the appointment of Todd Cilano as Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection General Manager and Regional Vice President. A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 25 years of luxury experience, Cilano will oversee all operations for Solage,the award-winning Napa Valley resort that is set to unveil a comprehensive renovation in February 2021. As Regional Vice President, Cilano will also oversee The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, set to also open in 2021 in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Prior to joining Auberge Resorts Collection, Cilano was the Chief Operating Officer of Aparium Hotel Group and before that, served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. Cilano launched his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and served as General Manager at Four Seasons properties in Qatar, Mauritius, Egypt and Thailand.

 

Cilano was raised in Buffalo, New York and holds a degree from St. Bonaventure University in New York. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and exploring new restaurants.

 

Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection will unveil a property-wide renovation under the guidance of award-winning Los Angeles-based boutique agency Studio Collective in February 2021.
