The Experience
Take advantage of the local trails and head out on foot to the historic Oat Hill Mine Trail. Less than a mile north of Solage, this trail will guide you along the road that guided quicksilver miners in 1893 to take in magnificent views of the valley. Other popular trails include an easy 0.5-mile, river-hugging loop in the Napa River Ecological Reserve in Yountville, where you might spot mockingbirds while walking underneath tall oak trees.
