1 cup cubed mango
1 juiced lemon
1/2 tsp. ground tumeric
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 chopped red beet
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 grapefruit
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 tbsp. chia seeds
