Hotel Jerome + Liftup.org

While it may be surprising given the cache of the destination, roughly 19% of Valley residents can't afford to pay their bills or properly feed their families. We fully support their mission and believe that access to fresh, healthy and sustainable food provides security, hope and empowerment, which ultimately strengthens our community. Each year, we've made a donation to Liftup.org in honor of our guests, in lieu of placing holiday gifts in each room. Moving forward, Hotel Jerome is committed to hosting experiential events for our guests and locals alike, and pledges to donate a portion of proceeds directly back to Liftup.org. In addition, we are exploring other ways we as a team can support the organization over the course of the year and beyond.

LIFT-UP

LIFT-UP operates multiple food pantries from Parachute to Aspen, one thrift store location in Rifle and two extended-table dinner locations (Rifle and Glenwood) because Hunger has no boundaries. It affects millions of children, seniors and households in communities across the country. That’s why LIFT-UP has programs to reach children, seniors and families no matter where they live or spend time. At senior centers or schools, in the city or countryside, LIFT-UP hunger relief programs get food to people where they are and when they need it most.
