Larger Celebrations
For larger celebrations, over 50 people, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, beautiful tables and chairs for dining, lounge furniture and bars, along with the amenities below:

- Event setup and breakdown
- Event staffing
- Screens and room dividers
- Transportation to and from the hotel to the event site for guests that are staying overnight at Grace Hotel
Intimate Celebrations
For weddings 50 guests or fewer, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, beautiful tables and chairs for dining and the amenities below:
- Glassware, china, silverware and napkins
- Wedding arbor
- Event set up and breakdown
- Transportation to and from the hotel to the event site
Weddings Amenities & Options
Wedding Planner
Our attentive and dedicated team takes a highly personalized approach with each couple to create a wedding that reflects their unique vision. We provide a dedicated event manager to assist with the details relating to the venue. A wedding planner will be involved at a much greater capacity. For your benefit and to ensure a seamless experience, a planner is required for all weddings at Grace Hotel and should be involved for a minimum of 3 months prior to the wedding.
Furniture & Linens
Custom tables, dining chairs, lounge furniture, glassware, china, silverware, white, navy, or black napkins, event setup and breakdown, bartenders, event staffing and multiple screens and room dividers are included in the facility fee.
Customized Menus
Our world-class dining team will work with you on custom themed menus that incorporate the best local, seasonal produce and freshest catch. For parties of up to 30 guests, you may offer an onsite choice of three pre-selected main courses for a charge, with a minimum four course menu. Events over 30 guests may also select three main courses.
Celebration Accommodations
Guests may make individual arrangements. If you are interested in a room block or resort buyout, please consult your Sales Manager and they will provide pricing based on the dates, number of rooms needed and number room nights. We do not require a minimum of accommodations to be booked.
DJ or Live Band
Our team can arrange everything from a live performance by Greek guitarists and violinists to a sunset champagne toast over the Aegean Sea. You may have either a Disc Jockey or live band play for your wedding reception and we are happy to provide recommendations in various price points and styles.
Private Lounge Space
A private lounge space with full-length mirror is available to the wedding party beginning at 8AM on the wedding day. Many couples will also prepare their hair/makeup and dress in their hotel room.
Our wedding was gorgeous and exactly as I wanted. The staff was gracious and efficient. The wedding planner that we used was Poema and they work really well with the Grace so the whole thing went exactly as planned.
