The Experience

Spring is coming, and to mark the occasion, we invite you to an exclusive dining experience at Le Jardinier hosted by Michelin-starred chef Alain Verzeroli, co-founder of the Le Jardinier concept and Culinary Director of The Bastion Collection. On April 4th and 5th, experience a masterfully designed 4-course dinner at Le Jardinier in partnership with Veuve Clicquot, that highlights the freshest spring ingredients, from delicate white asparagus and succulent lobster to tender veal and a strawberry-based dessert. The dining experience is perfectly punctuated with optional Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame cuvée pairings. Inspired by the renewal of spring, a season cherished by both Chef Alain Verzeroli and The Woodward’s Executive Chef Olivier Jean for its symbolism of rebirth and blooming, this special menu captures the essence of the season. The evening concludes with a delicate dessert by award-winning Pastry Chef Titouan Claudet.
