This historic site is reimagined as the perfect destination for weddings and social events set on our lawns and onsite barn, blending the simplicity of modern farmhouse design with the eclectic textures and patterns of nearby ranch life.

The Barn

The largest of Mattei’s events venues, The Barn is host to gatherings of all shapes and sizes. A central stone fireplace plays focal point for exposed beaming and painted stud walls; wide-paneled wooden flooring adds warmth.

Ceremonies & Special Occasions

For larger celebrations, our flat venue fee includes exclusive use of your selected event spaces, beautiful tables and chairs for dining, plus: glassware, china, silverware, and napkins; event setup and breakdown; and event staffing.

Tucked away within Mattei’s grounds, Gin’s Tap Bar & Lawn exudes relaxed outdoor appeal. Fire pits dot the lawn lounge area, and the serviced walk-up tap bar is a welcoming host for group gatherings with a sense of laidback ease.

The Shed

Tucked away amongst the olive trees for which the town is named, the Olive Shed is the ultimate wine country pool – sophisticated in spirit but ultimately relaxed with excellent service. A quiet respite at the center of the property, the menus are fresh and approachable.

Wedding Planner

Mattei's Tavern will provide a dedicated event manager to assist with venue details. A separate wedding planner is required and should be engaged at least three months in advance to ensure a seamless experience.

Furniture & Linens

The facility fee includes custom tables, dining chairs, glassware, china, and silverware, as well as comprehensive event services such as setup, breakdown, bartenders, and professional staffing to ensure a successful event.
