Chef-led Cooking Demonstration
Join us at Cicchetti for an interactive pasta-making demonstration, where guests will learn the techniques and traditions behind one of Italy’s most beloved culinary staples. Led by our expert chef, this hands-on experience showcases the seasonal flavors of Tuscany, with recipes that change throughout the year to highlight the freshest local ingredients. Guests will watch, learn, and engage in the art of pasta-making, from kneading the dough to shaping traditional pasta varieties. To round out the experience, guests will enjoy a selection of wine and snacks, perfectly paired to complement the dish.
