Tucked into a secluded aspen grove that is situated along the tranquil banks of Alexander Creek, the new Edge Sanctuary is a hidden haven that is dedicated to energetic and vibrational healing. Our resident energy healers hold all of their treatments in this space which include intuitive energy journeys, healing sound baths, heart-opening tea ceremonies, chakra balancing treatments and master numerology readings. Listen to the murmur of the creek, and the crackle of the wood-burning fire in the colder months, as you relax in this cozy glamping tent and receive profound healing on a physical, emotional and energetic level.

Our resident healer, Sugar, will put you at ease as she guides you into a peaceful state of meditation. While you relax, information is channeled that uncovers patterns and beliefs that have affected your life decisions. She will balance the Chakras, clearing blocked energetic pathways, and share her intuitive findings, so that you may come home to your body and connect to yourself in a more profound way.

Your session begins with a brief discussion about the science behind the importance of sleep and how it affects your energy, focus, and daily life. Your customized session will start with a heart opening tea ceremony and Chakra clearing utilizing crystals and Palo Santo. Take a mindful walk to meet your certified breathwork coach at the warmth of the creekside Sanctuary. Begin by learning and practicing Wim Hof breathing and other conscious breathwork techniques that are effective in assisting with anxiety, stress, depression, pain and inflammation. Before stepping into the outdoor plunge, your coach will assist you with focused breathing to train the mind to respond calmly to the cold water. Your guide remains by your side, reminding you of your breath while submerged. Exiting the tub, instruction is continued to help the body warm up organically before stepping into your private sauna.
