M Studio houses a fully equipped pilates studio featuring Gratz equipment. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, and serves as a smart cross training option for athletic pursuits and daily activities. Our instructors can help you develop a workout program of private training or group classes to help you reach every aspect of physical fitness: strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility, and endurance. Private sessions are especially helpful and beneficial, instructors provide their full attention to your specific needs and address any injuries or weaknesses.
