Join us every Thursday until April 29th to enjoy a lobster-focused menu curated by our Executive Chef Matthew Padilla. Dine on a three-course menu with lobster served two ways, both in a Grilled Lobster Salad with Roasted Squash, Pomegranate Seeds, Mache, Frisee and Balsamic Reduction and with an indulgent Lobster Tagliatelle with Carrots, Hon Shimeji Mushrooms, Calabrian Chilis and Crispy Chicken Skin. This meal is the perfect nod to the fresh flavors of the Maine Coast.
