Unwind after a long day of coastal pursuits with Bedtime Bliss, a yoga movement workshop that introduces unparalleled relaxation and rest to its practitioners. Through a series of four yoga-based relaxation techniques, you will learn how to physically let go of stress and drop into a profound state of rest. Lead by local yoga practitioner Catherine Haut, spend time before bed exploring breathwork, restful postures, and Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation that will drop you into deep, blissful awareness of self.
