The Experience
Explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method - Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure, and Commitment. With the guidance of a certified instructor, find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body and mind. Learn about the underlying physiology, then put the methods into practice with an optional ice bath.

Recommended Itinerary
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Yoga Flow – Flow through fluid yoga movements linked with breath.
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop – After exploring this unique wellness method, progress through the Springhouse Recovery Circuit, a self guided use of steam room, cedar sauna, salt therapy, and tepidarium.
