Explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method - Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure, and Commitment. With the guidance of a certified instructor, find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body and mind. Learn about the underlying physiology, then put the methods into practice with an optional ice bath.

  • 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Optional ice bath available from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
  • $225 per person | Space is limited
  • Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic. Those with cardiovascular conditions or other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Yoga Flow – Flow through fluid yoga movements linked with breath.

  • 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop – After exploring this unique wellness method, progress through the Springhouse Recovery Circuit, a self guided use of steam room, cedar sauna, salt therapy, and tepidarium.

  • 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM | Spa Treatment – View our complete menu of services.

The Instructor: Dustin Moon

A certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Dustin Moon is a health chaser, food activist, and growth seeker. He specializes in mindset, breath coaching, and holistic nutrition. As Wim always emphatically expresses “feeling is understanding.”
