Walk the Vines
Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), guests are invited to indulge in all of one’s senses amongst the vines. Meditative morning walks encourage the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the vineyards. Practices like this in nature are scientifically proven to boost immunity and cognitive functions, allowing the opportunity to connect deeper with the earth.
