Experience the monthly signature wellness retreat at Halehouse Wellbeing Center dedicated to movement, relaxation, and recovery. Step away from the chaos of the holidays to focus on yourself. Enjoy a full day retreat experiencing some of this year’s favorite modalities. Find deep rest and downregulation of the nervous system during the busy holiday season. Start the morning with an invigorating group workout class. Then, activate the body’s natural healing processes with our Springhouse Recovery Circuit which uses heat, cold, steam and micro salts to optimize physical performance and improve health. Learn how to care for your winter skin with Gua Sha before savoring a plant-forward Ayurvedic lunch. End the day with Qigong, Restorative Yoga, and Acupuncture for stress relief.

Halehouse Wellbeing Center closes at 6:00 PM. You are invited to stay for the Stanly Ranch Tree Lighting.

Through her teachings, Michelle's goal is to help students find their own inner and outer strength, as well as experience the wonderful community that yoga can bring. She works to ensure all students who attend her classes feel welcome and supported, no matter what.
Darlene Meltzer
With over 40 years in the fitness industry, Darlene believes in working with the whole person, taking their complete lifestyle into account. This means that not only your physical state is important, but also that of mental and emotional states all in one. She encourages training connecting the mind, body, spirit, and nutrition all in a balanced lifestyle.
Whitney Bird
After receiving a masters and doctorate in Chinese Medicine, Whitney has been humbled to learn from and work under the brilliant and generous TCM doctors Raymond Himmel and Danny Geren. Whitney is licensed by the California Acupuncture Board and nationally certified by the NCCAOM for acupuncture and herbal medicine.
