Enroll in a 6 week long program that gives you easy to follow healthy recipes, group nutrition counseling, as well as individual check in appointments with our Solage Personal Trainer & Nutritionist. The 60 minute Nutrition meetings will supply you with healthy recipes, nutritional guidance, and opportunity to schedule your training sessions. In each meeting we will set new goals, take body measurements, body fat percentage, and weight.
