Whether your a novice cyclist or an avid rider, we have partnered with skilled bicyclist Jesse Karp to curate a list of trails that allow you to explore Napa Valley on two wheels. Take a leisurely stroll around Calistoga on one of our complimentary cruiser bikes, or hop on your own bicycle and explore more intense routes, offering endless views of rolling vineyards and winding oak-lined roads. Each route below includes a RidewithGPS Link to give you a brief overview of your ride which can be sent right to your personal cellphone to review on the go.

Solage Spin
A gentle loop ride around Calistoga passing by several vineyards along mostly quiet roads. This 10.5 mile route is perfect for those looking to explore downtown using one of our complimentary cruiser bikes.
- Recommended for novice riders
- 10.5 miles, 270 ft elevation gain
Solage to St. Helena
A mostly out and back route along the legendary Silverado Trail to St. Helena. Very little elevation gain and an opportunity to stop in St. Helena for lunch or a glass of wine.
- Recommended for novice to moderate riders
- 21.6 miles, 1,135 ft elevation gain
Franz Valley Loop
A quiet loop that can be ridden in 2 hours by most riders. You will discover a few steep sections climbing over the ridge into Franz Valley, but it is well worth the effort. This route offers fantastic views of Mt St Helena when you descend into Knights Valley.

- 19.8 miles, 1,322 ft elevation gain
Healdsburg, Chalk Hill, Dry Creek Loop
A gorgeous route along some classic roads of the Napa Valley countryside. Great options to stop for lunch in Healdsburg or a coffee or wine at the Jimtown Store.

- 66.6 miles, 3,235 ft elevation gain

He is passionate about travel, delicious food and wine and loves nothing more than being outside with friends. He was born and raised in Berkeley, California and although he has ridden his bike all across the world, some of his favorite rides are right here in the Wine Country!
