Mat Pilates – Focus on building core strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility and enhancing overall body awareness.
Meditation – Quiet the mind and find a sense of calm, creating a peaceful foundation for the adventures of the day ahead.
Chi-Gong – Cultivate and balance your life energy through posture, breathing and focused intention through this practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tone, stretch, relax and strengthen your body
Alongside nutrition and mental wellbeing, movement is an intrinsic part of maintaining holistic wellbeing. Use your time at Primland as an opportunity to deepen your practice or discover new ways of working up a sweat. Book a Private Yoga session for up to 3 people, starting at $150 for one hour plus $50 for each additional person, or a Private Meditation for up to 3 people, starting at $60 for 30 minutes plus $50 for each additional person.
Rejuvenate and recharge in fresh mountain air
With views to keep you going, the spacious fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment. The indoor heated swimming pool is chlorine-free and ideal for swimming laps or cooling off after a workout. Within the spa locker rooms, you'll find a sauna and steam room to round out the hydrotherapy facilities. There is also a soft-surface tennis court and two open-air yoga/meditation decks.
