CALISTOGA, CALIF. (January 26, 2015)– Solage Hotels & Resorts, a California-based hotel and resort management company, announced today the completion of a $1.1 million renovation for its six-time Michelin Star-rated restaurant, Solbar, located in its flagship property Solage. In addition, the property named Brad Cecchi as Solbar’s new chef de cuisine.
