Welcome to Nanuku

Paradise Found

Discover shared moments with some of the most gracious, charming hosts you’ll ever meet, and explore the lush, tropical paradise they call home. Whitewater raft through black volcanic walls barely five meters apart, snorkel among vividly-hued coral, hunt for crabs in dense mangrove forest, and trek up soaring sand dunes. Voted #1 Resort in Australia and the South Pacific by Conde Nast Traveler’s 2019 Reader’s Choice Awards.

go home with a story

World-class surfing, bilibi river rafting, taking in a tribal kava ritual, dining in the treetops, enjoying a private atoll picnic, training like the Fiji national rugby sevens team, and lying around on two miles of sandy beach. And we’re just getting started.

We travelled to Nanuku at the end of September / beginning of October ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a child ). We had read the reviews about Nanuku and were hoping it would be something special - we were not disappointed! We stayed in a beach side duplex villa. The kids loved the pool! The villas were very private and it was fantastic to have access to the beach.

Do A Sustainable Stay: Planting Mangroves At Nanuku

Leave our tropical home more lush than when you arrived by joining us in planting mangrove propagules at Nanuku’s onsite nursery. As a part of our Planet Auberge Program, an initiative to decrease each property’s footprint, this eco-conscious activity delights adults, families, and our youngest “tribe members” in the LaiLai Kids Club as they join us in our effort to preserve Fiji's paradise. By getting hands-on in the soil with our community, guests improve the surrounding environment we all so deeply cherish while simultaneously testing out their green-thumb and soaking up Fiji’s majestic, natural splendor.
