Our selection of daily classes and group sessions are led by certified experts who blend traditional and innovative approaches to mindful movement.

A functional strength training class. This class is designed to tone and strengthen the total body. Our instructor will lead you through a challenging workout to help you build strength.

10:00 - 10:50AM | Intuitive Yoga with Ann - Mindful Movement Studio*

Intuitively guided yoga asanas, breath awareness and meditation open your body, mind and heart. Feel your energy flow as you release tension and open your heart to yourself. All levels are welcome. *This class is complimentary.

11:15AM - 12:05PM | Pool Ai-Chi with Ann - Pool House

This pool-based class integrates breathing techniques and progressive resistance training in water to relax and strengthen the entire body. Ai Chi can be used as a therapeutic modality for those with chronic pain or other neurological and orthopedic issues.

4:00 - 5:00PM | Meditation with Ann - Mindful Movement Studio

These teacher-led group sessions draw upon a variety of proven techniques that empower you to better manage stress and upgrade your overall well-being.

This 75-minute mindful Pilates class will utilize exercises with props, designed to increase muscle strength and flexibility and improve posture and balance. Each class will begin with a short grounding practice and end with a self-care energy practice.
